Most ovarian cysts are benign even big ones. The lymph nodes tied to the ovaries are in the groin. Unless you are BRCA positive you only have a 1.4 % of ovarian cancer in your life time. A lymph node in your could be your sinuses.

Thank you so much for your response! Going in Friday to have cyst removed! Lymph Node was most likely due to a tick bite I got in my head on 4th of July. Crazy huh? I noticed not only your response to me but to everyone out there....You are doing a beautiful thing here, helping ease people's minds and inform them. God Bless You!
I remember how scared I was. I felt so alone. I have the BRCA mutation and late stage ovarian cancer. I remember the day my doctor called me a told me. I am in constant treatment but very happy these days.
I hope all goes well for you.

Just saw your post. I also had a complex cyst (which was benign). I hope your surgery and recovery go well! Hopefully, yours will be benign as MOST are.
