dont understand findings

please help what does this mean?

Findings: There is what appears be a complex mass in the right
adnexa noted on image at table level SP minus 1134. It Measures
3.3 x 3.4 cm in size and has a rounded area of low density in the
medial portion and is somewhat crescent shaped air of low density
laterally.

Left ovary has a diffuse low density it measures approximately 3.3
cm in size with. There is low density in the central portion of
the uterus. The area of the uterine cervix appears enlarged and
there is some and indistinctness in the surrounding fat planes. I
cannot determine a certainty if the changes in the cervix are
completely separated from the rectal region. There is a small
amount of free fluid in a dependent portion the pelvis in the
right side. No pelvic adenopathy is seen. Bone windows are
unremarkable. No free fluid seen within the pelvis.

Impression:

1. Findings in the uterine cervix and is discussed above. I
cannot determine certainty if the indistinctness surrounding the
cervix extends to the rectal region. An MRI might be useful for
further evaluation.

2. Complex mass in the right adnexal region is noted

I wish I could help with this. The doctor on this site can help if you can post to her. There are so many other things like endometriosis, cysts, etc. Maybe someone with a similar situation will post. It sounds like you should definitely do an MRI to find out further.
