Hi, thank you for your response. I'm glad that having the Hysterectomy has worked for you and that you are recovering well. Can Adenmyosis grow back even without the Uterus? I'm still contemplating as the Gyno said that Endo can still grow back after Hysterectomy, it seems as though there is no beating it. I read about one lady who had the Mirena IUD and she had a Colonoscopy and then her Cervix grew around the coil of the Mirena. Theres alot to consider.
Hope you are well.
Take care
Kate

Adenomyosis is in the muscle walls of the uterus, so I can't imagine it could grow without the uterus being there.  As far as endo, it will grow back if ovaries are kept.  However if both ovaries are gone, and doctor removes ALL endo, then technically you should not get endo back.  Then again, anything is possible.  I will keep you in my prayers :)
