need some advice

I had a hysterectomy in 2005 still have both ovaries and both tubes.I have alot of pain in the lower right pelvic area that im sure is my ovary, sometimes the pain goes around my back,it feels like stabbing/prickling pains and then it starts to feel crampy.I had a vaginal ultrasound about 1 &1/2 years ago and doc said my ovaries looked fine.I also have discomfort during intercourse but will have pain for about 2 days after intercourse.I have told the doctors repeatedly that i have alot of pain and they say they dont feel anything abnormal.I have a appt.on the 16th of October, what should i tell them to make them understand that something is causing me pain and take me serious. Also does this sound like ovarian cancer? Also when i go to urinate i start out a full stream and then it is like something slows it down and i will dribble like 15 seconds.I have a very good appetitate and i have normal bowel movements.I can stretch and will have pains in pelvis.Thank You

You could ask your family physician to refer you to a urologist.  The urologist can perfprm a cytoscopy and see what's going on in your bladder, and give you some meds that help.  I have found that my IC flares around the time I ovulate,

I may have an answer to your crampy feeling after intercourse.  I had a hysterectomy May 2006 due to cervical cancer.  I started feeling crampy after intercourse for 1-2 days and started urinating every 1/2 hour.  I couldn't understand the cramp like feelings after intercourse since I didn't have a uterus.  To make a long story short, I had a cystoscopy and the urologist diagnosed Interstitial Cystitis.  This can cause your urine problems along with the pain after intercourse.  This wouldn't account for your back pain or focalized pelvic pain though.  You might try to google IC and see if more of your symptoms match.  Best wishes
