Help?!

Ive had severe pain in my lower abdomen for the past 2 months. Its gotten me in the ER twice so far. Ive also had loss of appetite and lost about 10 pounds in about a month. When I do eat something it doesnt stay in my system. Ive had a history of ovarian cyst but the doctor said it isnt a cyst. Ive been tested for celiac disease and many other things but theyve all came back negative. Could it be ovarian cancer?

They gave me an ultrasound. About 2 months ago I had a complex cyst that twisted then they said it ruptured.

Probably not, but you should make an appointment with your regular doctor or gynecologist rather than going off what an ER doctor has to say.  It could possibly be a cyst that ruptured. At any rate, you need to figure out what's going on, and your gynecologist could be a place to start.  There is no way to fully diagnose ovarian cancer without surgery, so be prepared for several tests (how does your doctor know your current pain isn't from a cyst?) Have you already had any testing done?
