Just a quick question. Originally thought I had cysts. It ended up being fluid around ovaries. What causes this? I am also extremely swollen. I look about 5 mths pregnant. It is very uncomforatable. Glad to hear that you are on the RS. The swelly belly is from the gas. You must make sure you get plenty of rest. Take some gasx and drink hot tea, that helps get the gas out of your body. The swelly belly will go away in a few weeks. Take care

As for the swollen abdomen - I suggest you take some drops of peppermint oil in hot water and sip.

My mum used to give me that for bad belly when I was a kid, worked a treat.
