Thanks alot. That is very interesting that they are thinking about using it for ovarian. I feel there is a lot more that could be used for ovarian. This looked promising. I'll look into your websites!

Hi Helen,

When I read your question, I thought I would go to Loma Linda site. I knew that they have  a proton therapy machine there. About 5 years ago my mom went there. So I went to the site:

I didn't see anything about ovarian so I called. I was told that they are currently looking into the possibility of using it for ovarian. They would possibly began using on early stages and later stages. Also, when I was looking some information about proton therapy, I found this site about the potential for photodynamic therapy. Maybe it is something that in the future will help in the treatment of this awful disease.
