Update on my Mom's surgery

My mom got her surgery this Tuesday, results came back very scary, they diagnosed her OVCA stage 3C.  Not exactly sure with the correct stage until the full biopsy comes back next week.  Her recovery is going great, but Im in complete shock and terrified.  The only positive thing Ive heard from the Docs is that OVCA has very good response to Chemotherapy.  I pray to God to help her fight through this.  I pray every night with my almost 1 year old son.  If anyone has any advice for me as far as treatments go and what should we expect I would very much appreciate it.  Any info at all is great help for me.  Has anyone heard of Fox Chase Cancer Center?  Is it suppose to be really good?  I've heard they are one of the best.  They said she would probobly do 5 months of treatment, but that all depends on the full biopsy when it comes back next week.  Her OBGYN said she's going to have a very tough year, the GYN Oncologist says the opposite that 06 is going to be the best year of her life.  I dont know who to listen to or what to expect, Im so scared and confuse and dont understand why this happened to her she's only 46.  Please pray for us and her full recovery from this.  Thank you, Happy New Year to all.

I'm in PA and visited Fox Chase when the doctors weren't sure what was going on exactly. The only thing I can say is to expect a long wait the day of your appointment. I waited for hours to see a doctor for all of 15 minutes. They have a very good reputation around here though. I know many people that were happy with Fox Chase, and I've heard not so great things from Univ. of Penn. Just my opinion. I went to Fox Chase after many recommendations by nurses at work.
