Lobulated Pelvic Mass # 2

I forgot to ask, does anyone know what "lobulated" means?  Is it good/bad or indifferent when describing a mass/cystic issue??  (I didn't post this correctly in my previous post.)

Thank you very much!

Lobulated litterly means, made up of, or divided into, lobules, so irregularily shaped, like many smaller cysts within one membrane.
A round, oval, or lobulated mass with smooth surfaces and sharply defined borders has a higher likelihood of being benign.

Good luck.
