My wife has 3a ovca since 2010 on six monthly check up cycle- last two ultra sond had impressions - fatty liver with focal fat sparing in rt hepatic lobe ( feb and Sept 2013)  Ultrasound and CA chnage from 8 to 35.1
from April she is on Asthma Sterioid till date general condition good no other symptoms -worried what could this mean she is five feet tall and wt 72 kg

She is perfect spends 60 minutes in gym everyday no other symptons on scare was her sonography in feb and Aug 2013 are same with CA- 125 level at 8 and 35.1

How is your wife? Some fat in the liver  may be considered normal but  more than 5%-10% of the weight of the liver may suggest alcoholic or nonalcoholic liver disease that could lead into serious complications.
Other issues associated with fatty liver disease include certain medications, rapid weight loss, malnutrition, viral hepatitis, as well as autoimmune or inherited liver disease.
