New Sono results - No More Worries???

I originally posted the beginning of December when I found out I had a complex lesion on my right ovary with mixed solid & cystic components (2.4x1.7x2.7 cm).

I had a follow-up Sono December 29th and I was told there was a total resolution of the complex cyst (YEAH!) on my right ovary and now there is a small simple cyst on the left (will follow-up in 3 months with another sono - Dr. is not worried)

My question is: with the complex cyst gone does this mean I am in the clear and don't have to worry about it coming back?

THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR THEIR SHARING AND CARING!!! PRAYERS AND GOOD WISHES TO ALL!

I'm sorry to say it can come back at anytime.  Thankfully the one you had resolved itself.

I, too, have been folowed since August with bilateral complex cyst with the left contaning a solid mass.. I experienced some ppain and pressure last week that I contributed to a possible UTI(wrong. Both of my cysts ruptured!! I am currently waiting to see waht my gyn/onc wants to do because the pain that led me to the doctor is still going on even with this resolution.  I aam scheduled for complete hysterctomy on Jan 13.

Thanks for the responses.  I am relieved that the cyst has resolved itself and I guess I will be more responsive to my body and thanks to this site I will know that what I am feeling is really something and not just my imagination.

Good luck I will be watching for your posts.
