me hicieron un sonograma pelvico con un diasnotico de myomatous uterus lee hasi there is an elongated, anteverted uterus that measures 13.9cms long. x 5.5cms ap x 6.2cms transversele. it shows a large fundal mass that measures 4.7cms x 5.1 cms x 4.5 cms. another hypoechoic intramural mass is observed at the anterior uterine wall that measures 2.0 cms transversely. podria definirme lo que dise este examen. gracias

OK, if  my brain is working tonight, then the report states that the patient has an elongated uterus that is tilted forward and measures 13.9cms long. x 5.5cms ap x 6.2cms.  There is a mass sized 4.7cms x 5.1 cms x 4.5 cms that is located at the top of the uterus.  There is another mass  (one that is hypoechoic - more cyst-like in density as opposed to very solid in density I think, but I am far from certain); this mass measures 2 cm and  is  located in the front wall of the uterus.

My guess... perhaps this is a peri-menopausal woman suffering from fibroids?  Perhaps someone else will weigh in with an opinion.

que te encontaron tumores (PERO NO DECE QUE SON CANCEROSOS) en la matris.  MickieVicky decen que cest parace que los resultados estand einicando un a mujer que esta pasando el cambio de vida que tiene fibriodis.  A hola que to allude. (perdon como los des letre)
