Ovarian Cysts and irregular periods

For the past 4 months my periods have been really messed up..i have a history of Cysts but nothing to worry about according to the docs. as of lately over the past 2 months i have had periods twice in a month..and I always know when i ovulate so i'm ovulating ALOT. and it is painful..my docs have prescribed Naprozine for the pain..it helps but I'm concerend now about my periods being all wrong..should i go in to see my docs..while i'm bleeding or should i wait till it stops? when is the best time to be seen. and could my cysts have come back worse to have my periods so off? What is the chance of the cysts being cancerous?

more info: after further examination today..i noticed that i'm not bleeding as normal..its almost like bloody like fluid, there isn't any thickness to the blood but more like a fluid..should i be more concerned or would that be normal since i just had  period around the 2-6th of this month?
