needs advice part 2

ok so i went to the doctors today got an ultra sound and the cyst on my ovary  grew 3 more cm in a month the totally amount is 10cm and they told me they are not going to do anything about it because i am pregnant (30wks) i don't know if i should get a second opinion or if i should just listen to the doc...if anyone has an kind of advice for me i would really appreciate it

Perhaps you should get a 2nd opinion, if not just for your peace of mind.  You really don't need to worry about this, it may be a good idea for you and it couldn't hurt.  You are in my thoughts and prayers.  Godspeed
