Please help me figure out ultrasound results

My ultrasound report reads:
"A complex cyst is visualized in the right ovary measuring 3.2 x 2.9 x 2.4 cm.  This cyst demonstrates low level echoes/septations/low level echoes and septations/debris/a mural nodule.  This cyst has a mural nodule.  There is a small amount of free fluid in the cul-de-sac."

What does low level echoes mean?  Is that good or bad?  I don't like the sound of a mural nodule--what does that mean?  My ob-gyn is not too excited about the report. He referred me to a gyn-onc.

I have read over this a hundred times trying to figure out what this means.  I've also spent hours researching on the internet and am just going crazy with anxiety.  I am 39 yrs old and just a few months out from a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment.  I am worried sick that I have a second primary cancer going on.

You received good advice from junamgen to find a good GYN/Oncologist as soon as possible! Not to make you worry even more but to make sure that the Dr who treats you has vast experience with diagnosing and treating various types of GYN / Onc isues. Also make sure when you go for your Cat scan / MRI that the Radiologist specializes in GYN/ONC. My wife went to a radiology practice that does all types of MRI's and the Radiologist read her MRI as a fibroid. I then took her to Sloan Kettering in NYC to see a GYN/ONC who had the MRI repeated by a GYN/ONC Radiologist who called her DX to the tee which was confirmed after surgery.
Good Luck

I'm so so sorry about your situation.  Please try not jump into worst conclusion without hard evidence.  The chance you have second primary cancer is very very low at your age.

I would not google too much to get even more worried right now if i were you.  Please concentrate to find a good GYN/oncologist as soon as possible. It doesn't mean you have OVCA, it is because they have extra training in the area.

You are luck that your dr is referring you to a specialist on the other hand.  Please try to occupy your time by doing your favorite thing while you are in the waiting game. We have been there before.

Trying hard to enjoy the rest of the weekend

Peace and Love
