Lower right side pelvic pain

rvm
I had a transvaginal ultrasound in early March, nothing significant showed, Had a colonoscopy, 2 CT scans, Had my appendix taken out and a number of blood tests.  All have not showed anything wrong with my right ovary, but the pain persists. Also when I had the appendix out they did it laprascopically, wouldn't the surgeon have been able to tell if there was a cancer on my right ovary. Should I ask to have another transvaginal ultrsound, or is the one I had in March enough for me to wait and see.  This pain has persisted for 6 months.
