Reoccurance?

In the past 2 years I have had 2 surgeries...1st - LSO; 2nd TAH/RSO. Boderline tumors on both ovaries and uterus. My oncologist said that I will be monitored every 3 months for a long time but did not mention blood tests. I am wondering what she means by monitoring?
I was wondering what are the symptoms of a reoccurance? I do not have anymore female parts so where would it spread to, the stomach? I still have acid reflux from before so how would I be able to tell if something was wrong? I am also worried because I still have the acid reflux...it went away for a couple of weeks after the surgery but has returned again. Should I still be having this?
Any imput would be helpful

Hello , once again. I do have an oncology-gynocologist. I think originally, when i was dignosed two years a go, it was first the fluid in the lungs, they thought it was a lung cancer, they removed the fluid, they did the cat scan, nothing showed up, of course lung exrays had just the fluid no tumor, they were looking , what part of the body, cancer originated, they did the marker test, it went to overies. I had a surgery, following chemo. My doctor said she try to remove every thing she can but there is a microscopic dust remain, so chemo should have helped, but now still my ca 125 shows to 80, means there are cancer cells some where in this body, they can not see.by the way during the chemo taxol and carbo platinum i did take wheat grass , they sell that at jamba juice, it helped me to fight toxin, or say it is antioxident. for cramps in my legs some one suggested to wear megnet sols in my shooes, that helped to . and right after chemo walked 20 minutes a day, every day. I am writing to you so may be it will help some body like me .
sincerely,

Thank you for your comments. I did have both pat scan and cat scan, after the chemo. nothing showed up in both the test. since i did not want to go back on chemo immideatly in 6 months, my doctor suggested tamoxofin, which is for the brest cancer, but 15% sucess rate on Overian. It is an oralmadication. I am trying, if that can help my ca125 .But now my ca125 is at 80. I am really worried , is there any thing out there for ovarian reacarnce, other then chemo? I am frustrated , because i have no symptoms, i am very active.May God bless you for help.

I had chemo (texol and carbo platinum.) my  body took it well.  right now i am concern about ca125 is rising. it was 60 3months after the chemo. every three months it is going up. this month it is 80   I am taking tamoxifin . I see my oncoloy dr regularly. I thought Tamoxifin suggested by my dr, should help. May be there is some eliment that can control ca 125. I am wondering what  should i do next.
