I'm at a loss

So Johns Hopkens medical onc has nothing for my wife either. Talked to our onc here and he see's nothing out there that would be a fit for her right now. It's an udder felling of despair at this point. I'm not showing this to the my wife but every door that closes scares the crap out of me. She seems fine but slowly she is realizing things are not good and this may not end well. We both still have a lot of hope left and I talk her up when she starts towards the dark side.

Don't stop looking...there are many different chemos out there...and while they may not "stop" the disease, they should be able to keep your wife comfortable and pain free.   Ovarian Cancer is not kind, it is an evil disease that is extremely hard to battle, unfortunately, there is no early diagnosistic tool and there is no tried and true chemo, no one knows why some do well and others don't.
Right now, if your wife feels well...keep living and enjoying life...tell her you love her and create memories.
Best of luck to you both.

I can only imagine how you are feeling right now.  I can feel your pain through your post.
I have no advice medically but wanted to let you know I will keep you and your wife in my prayers.  May you both find peace knowing you are Gods children and he feels your pain.  Remember he is  always with you.
