Should I seek medical attention?

Should I seek medical attention immediately or should I wait and see? I have been told that I have a cyst on my right ovary and now I am having a dull sort of pain continuously on my right lower side of the abdomin and sweeling of the stomach which is causing the belly button to be sticking out when it normally is not and lower back pain around the kidney area, should I be concerned?

If my daughter was experiencing your symptoms I would insist she find out what is going on......there is no reason for you to wait and see.  Wait for what?
You need to find out what is going on and deal with it.
Peace.
