SimplyStar- cranberries

You have posted a lot about the effectiveness of cranberries. I have also read that LesLee drinks cranberry juice every day. I have found that when I drink cranberry juice, I get indigestion. I thought that at one time I read where she takes a cranberry supplement. Is this as good as the actual cranberries themselves? Thank you. Chris

It gives her heart burn also so she now takes the cranberry capsule  daily, it is supposed to be equal  to the juice in the antioxident levels.  She also eats the dried cranberrys in the trail mix we make. She does still drink 1   8 oz glass of cranberry juice daily because she has had to do this most of her life, with 4 functioning kidneys she is very prone to UTI. Doctors have told us that it helps keep her body more alkaline. She tries to have the canned cranberry sauce with meals a couple times a week.  Don't know if it works,  but with all the raves about cranberries, it sure can't hurt to give it a try.  I like to compare it to the gogi berry.
