please help anyone had same findings

I had an MRI came back with fluid in adnexa and  smallnodules in soft tissue on front of bladder one in culde sac and one on bowel. I have no symptoms this finding was incidental. Dr. feels if it is a cancer that it is an ealy catch as there are no symptoms but GYN oncologist wants a CT first before seeing me . Is this because they think ithas spread or just to get a better view. Anyone had these findings with a good outcome?

The TVU showed fluid in pelvic cavity.I had the MRI It showed some fluid and some small nodules in the cavity one on the bowel It said it could be allot of things from inflamation to cancer. Then I was referred to a GYN oncologist who asked for a CT which I am waiting for now. I thought the CT was the better one No? Ovaries and uterus looked fine exceot for a small fibriod.

What exactly did your transvaginal sonogram show. Cat scan will show more for the gyn/oncologist to see. Ask about a MRI which is even more precise.
