What can I do about the pain from an ovary cyst? Is there anything I can do to atleast ease the pain or something I can eat or drink maybe something like vitamins I can take over time to reduce the pain or maybe prevent it from happening so much?!....

Advil and heat work wonders (sometimes I've thrown in a gas-ex, tums or rolaids too for the bloating and pressure).  Good luck!

Advil was the only thing that helped me.  Also a bean or rice filled heating bag (you know the kind you put in the microwave to heat up).  The only real cure was when I had my surgery to remove my dermoids.  You are in my thoughts and prayers.  Godspeed

Tascha's right about the rice bag...
A cheap version is to take non-minute rice and a tube sock. Fill the sock 3/4 full, tie a knot in the top, and heat in the microwave. Two minutes usually has it pretty hot. That helps because it makes all the muscles and ligaments in the area relax, and speeds up circulation to take away some inflammation. Besides, the warmth just feels darn good! Otherwise, until cysts either go away or are removed, you can just be proactive and stay on top of the symptoms.
Hang in there... I feel for you!

My mom had a lot of pain with her cyst, and she found ibuprofin to help control the pain very well! I only have some annoying cramps with mine...nothing super painful at all! I have been getting some indigestion and queasy feelings though. It's amazing how much a few extra centimeters of something can cause so much havoc.
