Test results back

My doctor's office just called with the test results.  The CA125 was at 7 and the Endometrial Biopsy indicated a cyst.  I am so relieved.  She wants to do the lap taking out both ovaries with the option of doing a hysterectomy.  I am relieved with the preliminary results, but I know that I won't know anything for sure until the lap is done.

Thanks for the advice and my prayers are with all of us.

Dear Laura, Oh poor you, I am afraid you thought no one would answer....Can you re-send your post, starting a new thread? I worry that no one will see your message down here, as I notice we tend to hover around the top, reader newer ones. I am sorry that the doctor would tell you it looks like cancer. They can never be sure until they biopsy it though. There are many women here who can help you out...but they won't know your post is down here.
Love and prayer, Katie (I will watch for you to repost)

Hi, I'm 42 yr and just found out have large ovarian tumor per ultrasound. Going for CT and chest xray today. They've done the blood work. Just worried sick because the ob/gyn said it looked more suspicious for cancer because it had a large septum. I am a nervous wreck. I'm a nurse and I am having a hard time thinking anything but the worst. Please help with any info related to septum within the tumor...I'm a ICU nurse not onc or ob/gyn so this is all new to me. I have 3 boys at home and this is scaring me to death. Cancer is rappant on my moms side, thus the concern. Thanks
