Is chemo necessary??

Hi
Few months back my sister underwent an operation and Doctor removed a large tumor from her overy. He removed her both overies too.

The biopsy conclusion on the tumor says " Ovarian tumour moderately differentiated mucinous cyst adenocarcinoma of ovary and benign Brenner tumour. Normal Uterus , Cervix and Right Ovary."

The Dr says a chemo treatment is not necessary since he had removed the entire tumor from the overy.
What we should do?? ask for a chemo treatment or just wait and see till cancer comeback again?????
Her CA level is gradually decreasing, now it is 14.

Thank for your advice
Duminda

Drs are divided on early stage diagnosis about doing chemo. My personal opinion would be do some chemo,  just in case microscopic cells escaped or sloughed off. Seek a second opinion from a gyn/onc if possible.   Donna
