Update on the newbie

I am undiagnosed and posted a question recently about my symptoms and elevated CA125 and what it could mean for me. So many women came to my rescue and gave all kinds of good advice and information. I am very thankful for that, and promised an update, and here it is!

I had my ultrasound yesterday. The tech and the doctor were both there. The tech said that my ovaries were "pretty." That's the word she used! They said that my ovaries were totally fine, and the doctor said that my CA125 levels (22, then 33 6 weeks later) were probably just my norm. So these symptoms I've been having must be coming from another cause. Maybe my wishes for gallstones are coming true!

So, I think that my cancer scare is over, unless somewhere here has something to add, like a story similar to mine where there was cancer after all.

I guess it's a relief not to "belong" to this board, but it is bittersweet because I think I would have made some really neat friends here. You all are pretty special people, and I can't thank you enough for all your help!
