My Mother was diagnosised stage 3C at ovary in 4th december 08.her c125 is 46. normal rating of c125 is 35. so is it very serious?

Your moms Dr is thinking in the right way. It is becoming more and more common for Drs to suggest part of or all of the chemo before surgery now. This helps to shrink everything so they are better able to remove as much cancer as possible.

My mom is also sufering from clear cell OVCA and exactly her CA 125 was 46 when she was diagonised. be sure about the Sub type of cancer.
How was your mother Diagnosed? Surgery is how Ovarian Cancer is diagnosed and staged. Good Luck to you if you have questions about your mother's treatment a second opinion can really only help.
my doctor suggest that after giving 3 round chemo then he take dicision about surgery.
