Do you think this is relevant?

I never really thought about it till recently but i wonder if any of this is revelant or just seperate? I still have all the symptoms ive already said...the bloating, swollen reproductive organs(according to doc), back pain, pelvic pain, naseaua and vomiting, hard to eat....etc...this all started like i previously said in dec/jan. Before that though i had went to the doctor with extreme fatigue and weakness and swollen lymph nodes. They found three lymph nodes above my clavical (supraclavicular) and one on each side of my neck and a right lung nodule and enlarged thymus. I dont know bout the lung nodule cuz obviously i cant feel it or anything but the lymph nodes on my neck have been there about a year or so. Antibodics didnt work at all. The lymph nodes seem beign, hard as a rock but they are movable not fixed and only alittle tender when i touch them...the doctor said not to worry bout them so i didnt. Starting in dec i dropped 20 pounds in a week and then somehow gained a swollen stomach/abdomin. My pelvis area is like a taunt water balloon. Im waiting on my gyno to call me to talk about this (she wants me to have a laprascopy and i never told her about any of this stuff because i never thought it would be relevent, now im not so sure) Do you think there might be any relevence? I know its my neck and lung and thats different from my reproductive organs..but im wondering if something was in my pelvis that i didnt originally feel but it affected my lymph nodes and my thymus became enlarged trying to fight whatever it is. Im just trying to figure this all out. I must be annoying and im sorry...i just hope maybe someone had any ideas that didnt occur to me.
btw. I recently a couple days ago found more swollen lymph nodes now in my abdominal area. I dont know how long they have been there but i thought id just point that out.
thanks! Inny

I honestly didnt mean to leave out those things...its just the doctor told me not to worry about it and when i went to my gyno for the abdominal pain I was in so much pain it didnt even occur to me and i actually forgot about it!  it never actually occured to me until a couple days ago. It was an honest mistake that i made and caught and plan on telling her..Im hoping someone could give me insight maybe they went through it or maybe know whats going on.

Anything "could" be relevant.  I'd suggest you share everything with the doctor.
