Hi, I have that deep, achy feeling where the ovary is, too.  Also, hip and lower back pain.  Sometimes it goes down into my thigh.  The pain is always there in some form.  As Chris said, I'm aware of it, too.

Cysts can also cause pain on the opposite side.  This happened to me back in 06.  My cyst was on the right and all my pain was on the left.  That ovary is gone now.  Now I have cysts on the left.

Hope that helps?
Lori

It probably varies from individual to individual.  My pain was deep in the left side right where the ovary was - it was a burning sensation and once it started it didn't really go away until I had the ovary removed - I was always aware of it.  For me it started in late November. In January I had a transvaginal ultrasound that showed multiple cysts.  The ovary was removed in late March.  I hope this helps.  Chris P
