Sounds like good news to me.
I believe they are identifying no blood flow to the "lesion" and from what I read, that is good.
When do you go back? When and how will they determine exactly what is going on, or, has your dr told you, in terms you are able to understand, what this means to you?
Try not to worry until you must; easy to say I know.
Keep the faith and do find a way to celebrate in this season; after all, you are worth the celebration!

I will get another sonogram in 2 months. I just had a laposcopy in September to remove a Hemorrhagic cyst that was causing a lot of pain. Now I have another one, it's small but I can feel it, and at times it is uncomfortable. It's not near as bad as it was before, so I am hoping it will resolve on it's own. All I have left is one ovary. If it is still there in 2 months I think I really want to get rid of the ovary.
Not to be argumentative but I too had an ultrasound that said no doppler flow. I asked the gyn if that was good so he called the sonologist and the sonologist said in premenopausal women, it is indifferent and it is hard to say one way or another but in postmenopausal women, it is not a good thing. Reason being, something is impeding blood flow(stopping it from flowing correctly). I too thought that tumors needed their own blood supply and they do but it shows didfferently on u/s.
Thanks for you response. I have had a hysterectomy, but have one ovary left, that is functioning just fine as far as my harmones are concerned. I had my harmones checked in September and I am not even premenopausal yet at 43. I will be having another sonogram in 2 months to see if it is getting smaller, or larger. I am leaning torwards getting my ovary taken out if it gets bigger. I had a laposcopy in September due to this same kind of cyst, so I'm ready to get the rest out.
