help do I have ovarian cancer

Since Feb this year my periods have been much lighter and only lasting 2 days in march I found a lump in my left breast and they were very tender after tests it turned out to be a lumpy breast. Then last month my mum jokingly asked me if I was pregnant as my stomach was changing shape I hadn't realised but made an appointment at my gp.
He told me after an examination he would be surprised if I wasn't as I was very full he sent me for a blood test which cane back negative which there is a possibility as I don't produce the hormones (I had 11 when I was pregnant with my daughter) he then sent me for an ultrasound which I had yesterday but they couldn't find a baby
The thing is I have gained weight my waist has gone from 26 inch to 35 inch my hips have gone from 32 to 39 inch and my breasts have grown too I get pain in bottom of my back sometimes and niggles in my abdomen my breasts are tender and feel full and i get a shooting pain sometimes in my right nipple all my family and friends think I'm pregnant as it's a proper baby bump shape and I need to pee all the time!! It's uncomfortable to lay on my sides at night and to bend over. Both of my sides feel really thick too
Its not fat as my eating habits haven't changed I do have ovarian cancer in my family I feel like I'm hitting my head against the wall I just want someone to take me seriously
I'm 41 don't drink or smoke

So they did the ultrasound. Did they find any cysts? Ovarian Cancer would not make your nipples hurt, it does not have anything to do with the breasts. If the ultrasound shows no cysts it would be less likely to be ovarian cancer or cysts. You could ask for an CT Scan and a CA125 blood test. Most women have a 1.4% of Ovarian cancer in her life time. If you have the BRCA mutation which is the cancer gene it is 20%.

With ovarian cancer with the "baby bump" usually comes weight loss and sometimes vomiting.

My ultra sound showed cancer it was clear. I looked pregnant but I had lost a lot of weight and threw up all the time. Liquids, solids, everything I ate.
