Making sense of ultrasound report

I'm 35 with one child and have never taken birth control. I have just had a transvaginal ultrasound which found:

Endometrial echo complex is 1.7 cm in thickness.
Right ovary within normal limits with several sub centimater follicles.
Left ovary has complex cyst measuring 1.5 x 2.3 x 21. cm with ome echoes posteriorly suggesting layering debris and some linear septation. Additional 1.4 cm anechoic cyst is also present.

No free fluid is present.

I have had very heavy periods over the last year which have now become severe (every ten minutes). I have a lot of discomfort in my lower abdomen (can't lay on stomach) and bloating/pressure. My bowel movements have become a lot more frequent as well. I have found that I have iron deficiency anemia (shouldn't be surprised with all the bleeding) and alot of back pain (which may be due to a herniated disc).

I did have a full gastro workup last year (including colonoscopy) which came out good.

My question is, how concerned do I need to be about these cysts? Can they be casuing all of my abdominal issues?
What questions do I need to ask my GYN?

I had a hysteroscopy today and should know the results of the biopsy within 2 weeks.

Thanks for your help!

Hey there, kid.....did you mean to say "1.5 x 2.3 x 21 cm" ? Or did you mean the last measurement to be "2.1 cm" ?
