Hello again!  I agree with Sandymac.  What are you treating?  The pain, right?  What is the cause?  You don't know for sure.  If it were my daughter while waiting for my next appointment with the doctor to find out what is really going on, I would get a heating pad and let her rest with one on the area where she is having pain. It should be applied on and off.   Also, some advil or tylenol might help.  Plenty of fluids. That is addressing her symptoms not solving the problem.  This should be done while she awaits to see her doctor.  You haven't provided any information in your profile so that we may  further help you.  Are you a distance from her doctor?  Did you go over any of the symptoms that I gave you yesterday?  Have you put a call into her doctor yet?  She needs more testing and a diagnosis.  If you are not happy with her doctor get a second opinion.  Are you located in a remote area?  Do you have transportation to the doctor or a store?  Why a home remedy?  I hope we've given you enough information to get you started.  Please keep us posted.  I'm sorry your daughter is suffering with pain.  Please do what is best and get her some medication attention immediately.  Cindy

Are you referring to your daughter's pain? I would be more concerned about having her see a Dr. at this point. Once he or she determines the cause of this pain, he will be better suited to prescribe any necessary pain medication .
