My father had severe reflux and he also used a prescription med to control it but, he was not Parkinsonian.

One very simple thing that really helped was raising the head of his bed about 5."  If you go to the lumber yard, they can cut 2 blocks for you.  It is homespun advice that was suggested by his doctor but if you can get the reflux to stay down those hours of sleep, it will help even though her problem is the worst after eating.

Also, try not lying down after eating but prop her up with a backrest or pillows.

The doctor who is treating her for Parkinson's could help.  So many proton pump inhibitor products have gone over the counter; some are weaker versions of the prescription meds.  I found that out myself when being prescribed a med for reflux recently.

There may be a medicine that her neurologist particularly likes for the Parkinson's patients.

Unfortunately, sometimes it is trial and error even with the doctors.

You are a very caring caregiver, Clare.  There should be something she can take without exacerbating the PD.  Make her neurologist get involved.  All the best.

Indigestion and reflux were very difficult for me also during my carbo/taxatere treatments.  I used Nexium and it helped.  If it's safe for her to take it, it might help ease the discomfort.
