Are you saying your CA 125 never went above 18? Has the lymphadenopathy been present on your other scans, or is this something new? If it is new ask for a PET scan, that will tell it they are active and show if they are cancer or not. They inject you with a radioactive glucose which is taken up faster by cancer cells than normal cells, twait about 20 minutes then get scanned.
I am a 3C also who had a normal CA 125, it was 14 on diagnosis and 3.9 when I recurred, I am now being followed by scans. I ignore the number because I am one of the 80% for whom it has no value. Good luck to you, keep me posted

lymphadenopathy means lymph node enlargement
