If you are not menopausal yet, and have ovarian cancer, do you still get your periods?

I just wondered because I am a 28 y/o female and have 25-26 day cycles. My last period was around about 1/14/14, and on Feb 10th I got my first positive pregnancy test, and since then I have taken 9 total, 4 different brands, and all were positives. Definite positives, not even faint lines. I worry about everything and googled if false positives on pregnancy tests are possible, and I found several places that say certain tumors can secrete HCG which in turn would make a pregnancy test positive.  I still haven't gotten a period, and the last test I took was today, positive. My appt isn't until Monday and I'm so nervous. So I was just wondering if you still got a period if you have ovarian cancer? Can't find anything out about it on google....

Hi. I had my appointment. Definetly pregnant. Had a transvaginal ultrasound done, and all looked good. Only a small corpus luteum cyst on my ovary, whatever that is. Thanks for responding.

How was your appointment with your doctor? I understand your concern and ovarian cancer may present with abnormal menstrual cycles, and vaginal bleeding that occurs between periods.  It is best that you check with your gynecologist for proper management. Take care and do keep us posted.
