Is your Dr a Gynecologist? I am curious why they haven't done a transvaginal ultrasound? While not perfect combined with the CT scans it may put your mind at ease, to have them both and you do not have all the radiation. I would do the TVUS before a laprascope.
Thanks, I felt the same way at first about the cat scan. But my friend also had 2 scans that were clean and did not see anything until they did lapriscopic surgery. believe me I have felt the same way, but why all the pain and bloating? I guess I would rather be safe. thanks again
If there are no cysts, masses or tumors on your ovaries, I do not see how you could have OvCa. It is a very scary disease, but, an all clear CT Scan is great news. Let's hope that the gastro gets to the bottom of this.
Laproscopic surgery for what? Again, an all clear on the CT Scan leads me to believe that there is nothing to be looking at in surgery.
Let us know what the Gastro says.
I have been seeing my do, been with him for 20 years. he has sent me to neurologists and now to the gastronologist. My close friend just had surgery yesterday for stage 3 ovarian cancer. Whats freaking me out is she went through all the same things i have and all her kept coming back negetive. They did lapriscopic surgery and that when they found it. I have been on this website all morning and seeing its an unfortunate comminality. thank you for your response. This is such a great site to be for support!!!
