obulated cystic lesions and enlarged lymph nodes

I just had an MRI done of my hip due to hip and leg pain and it showed several cystic lesions near the cervix and enlarged lymph nodes in the groin. I had a biopsy done almost 2 years a go because of an atypical lesion and was scheduled for a second biopsy but due to other health problems never went back and due to the urgency in the doctors reaction to these results I am terrified. I am scheduled for an ultra sound tomorrow but not knowing is killing me. Are these findings something I should be worried about?

I will not lie they are concerning. You really will not know until the Ultrasound. I am sorry you have to go through this. I know more about ovarian cancer because that is what I have.
