This is a forum for questions and support related to OVARIAN CANCER.  You need to post your question to the women's health and/or pregnancy forum.

The way I understand it, ovaries alternate producing an egg every other month. If you have one ovary, sometimes it will even produce an egg every month. So the answer is yes.( Google search pregnant one ovary )

I did!........ I got pregnant in one month with one ovary! I ovulate every month. Losing an ovary reduces your chances of getting pregnant by 20 percent and I know lots of women who have gotten pregnant several times with one ovary.
