Doctors watch for a steady rise in numbers....32 might be "normal" for you....it's not the one test to worry about, it's a series of rising numbers.
It may depend on what your CA-125 prior to the cancer was. And CA-125 is not a good marker for some ovarian cancers.
So, if your CA-125 pre chemo was in the 1000s, then your current CA-125 is great. But you really should be asking your doctor about this.
