Small ovarian cysts cannot cause such a huge swelling that looks like a 4 months pregnancy. Other factors like gas and bloating, pregnancy, ascites or collection of fluid in the abdominal cavity etc can cause distension of abdomen. You should consult a gynaecologist for an examination.
Hope this helps.
Thank you for the comment, Dr. Wanjari.
I will see my dr next thursday but I wanted to ask here while I am waiting, because the swelling is really bothering me all day, every day.
I hope my cyst is not cancerous.
