pelvic fluid and R-sided pain

I am 38 and have not been feeling well for approx 4 months-right sided pain and cramping, nausea and fatigue-TVUS in Jan found fluid in cul-de-sac which gyn suggested was probably from a ruptered cyst.  Recent TVUS and CAT scan now indicate two small cysts and enlarged left ovary as well as moderate fluid levels.  Also, two small uterine fibroids found.  Could large amounts of fluid come from what was found in current imaging tests?

what is your physician's plan?  I would ask about seeing a gyn/oncologist, just for piece of mind.  One needs to keep educated, and keep track of physicians to be sure you get the best health care.  Be proactive.

Thank you for your response-I found out today I will be having laproscopy to biopsy the fluid as the level has increased significantly since Jan.  All other labs including a CA-125 came back today within the normal range.
