If all tests are clear and nothing is showing up I would ask for a laproscopy.  Endometriosis can also cause the pain your talking about and would not show up on scans either. Also maybe a CT scan or mri could have a better picture..ultrasounds are good but Ct scans or MRI's are better.  I was in pain all the time in my lower back and sex hurt all the time, but I was diagnosed late(3c)..very bloated,I could feel the fluid moving in my stomach!!!!  Anyway..good luck..stay positive~~~Joanne

Please get some medical attention some way, you need a to see an Onocologist ASAP, not that you have cancer, but to rule it out.  frequent urination, fatigue, bloating, feeling full after a small meal, pain in the pelvic area, painful intercourse,  You need a Transvaginal Ultra Sound, a good pelvic exam, maybe a CA125,  go to a womens clinic for help, go to the emergency room, some times they order all these for your discription of the symptoms.

Dear Rowdy,
Thank you so much for responding,I feel so alone at times,my husband past away 31/2 years from cancer,I have a 5 year old son who has no one well he has 2 sisters but they couldnt raise him one is nineteen with 2 kids and the other is 17 and pregnant. They all need me and I am so scared I wont be there for them.Anyway I wasnt told there was a mass I was told by the gyn I have lesions on my cervic, yes Ive had blood test, and I dont know if there is a history of it in my family I know my mom had a histoectomy after she had me but we never talk about why and I know that cancer runs in my family my father died from it and so did both my grandparentsI have had stomach problems for years and I always put other things before me.I pray that it isnt as severe as I think.I've always been told God doesnt give you more then you can handle sometimes I really wonder.

                                          Thanks again,
all we can do is trust in CHRIST,
                                       Joanne

Widowmom,  I am in exactly the same situation as you right now.  I'm 33, married, no kids and I'm in the UK.

I noticed my tummy was swollen and I went to see my doc a couple of weeks ago and at first he thought it was Irritable Bowel Syndrome.  He then examined my tummy and said he could feel a mass in my pelvis.  He suspected an ovarian cyst.  He sent me for an ultrasound and blood tests.  Ultrasound confirmed an ovarian cyst and still awaiting blood test reults.  My other symptoms include back pain, increase in body hair, especially on cheeks and chin and also running from my belly button down to my pubic area.  My menstrual cycle is normal and always has been and I have no bleeding inbetween periods.

He is now referring me to a gynaecologist and also arranging an MRI scan to get a clearer picture.  I am so scared it's untrue.  I convinced myself that it is Ovarian Cancer and was very distressed for a couple of days after the ultrasound.  However, I have tried to be positive about this.  I'm very up and down at the moment.

The odds of it being cancer in my case are extremely low - I'm only 33, no history of ovarian cancer in my family (or even ovarian cysts), about 95% of ovarian cysts are benign.  Ovarian cysts are very very common.  However, it is still extremely worrying and I am dreading having an MRI scan.  It is so difficult not to fear the worse case scenario.

Have you been for an ultrasound yet?  Have you had blood tests?  Have you been referred to a gyn?  The most difficult part is the waiting.

I fully understand what you're going through.  I have spoken to many other women on the internet who are in the same situation or who have been through this experience and have come out the other side.

Please try to remain positive.  If your symptoms are currently being looked into then all you can do is wait.  Remember that you are not alone and there are plenty of us around that you can talk to.

Good luck.

Rowdy.
