please help me to understand this

pls. help me to verify this result of my ultrasound
The uterus is anteverted with smooth contour and homogenous echopattern measuring 7.4x5.2x3.4cm (cervix measures 3.0x2.3x2.3 cm with nabothian cyst measuring 0.4cm).
the endometrium is heterogenous measuring 1.1 cm with intact subendometrial halo.
The right ovary measures 3.8x2.7x3.0 cm with > 12 anechoic cysts, the largest measurs 0.7cm. The left ovary measures 3.3x2.6x2.3cm with >12 anechoic cysts, the largest measures 0.8cm. No adnexal mass seen.
No free fluid in the cul de sac.
