right ovarian cyst

i have got my reports after taking an ultrasound.. plz tell me if surgery is required or is there is a risk of cancer..or even if mdication is enough to cure this...im 17 years old
this is what it says:
the right ovary is enlarged to abt 4.1 X 3.6 X 4.3cms.
A complex cyst is visualized in the parenchyma measuring about 3.9 X 3.6 X 4.3cms. A solid ethnogenic component is seen in the wall of the cyst.A fluid level and soft internal echoes are also seen within the cyst.A portion of right ovarina parenchyma is seen in the medical aspect of the cyst.

an anechoic cystic lesion measuring about 2.1 X 1.4 X 2cms is seen superlateral to the right ovarian cyst.

hi thousand,
I am going through the same thing right now and i know how scared you are and how much pain you go through my right ovarian cyst measures at 3.1 cm and 4.1 cm big and has been presistant since 04/08/05 but i have had ovarian problems since i was 14. I do know that you just need to stay calm and do what the doctors tell you to, like others have sais surgery may be in your future but they may be able to correct it easier, who knows, but if you need someone to chat with my email address is ***@**** send me a line anytime and i will get back to you and we can exchange information and if anyone knows what neoplasm means please email me and tell me, i would appreicate it.. good luck to you in the future.. laceybuster

Sorry for what you are going through.  I'm new to this forum and just got my results from my tests as well.  I didn't speak with a doctor yet regarding them and just looking for answers on my own.  I was up all night worring about this and I don't see anyone until tomorrow.  Did you speak with your doctor yet?  If not call your doctor and ask him about the results.
