Hi, I was wondering if you had a lot of shoulder and neck pain from the gas. I'm sore in my abdomen and around my ribs, but the worst pain is in the neck and shoulder area...Lena

I've been keeping a heating pad on my shoulder for the pain. It's actually kinda funny 'cause I move it from one shoulder to the other to my neck to my ribs.I have been told that these pains pass rather quickly, and boy I sure can't wait for that to happen...Lena

A nice cup of hot tea will help with the gas pains.  Glad to hear you are on the recovery side.  I hope you will be feeling better soon.

In the hospital and for several days when I was recovering at home, I had ice packs on the shoulder or wherever I had those darn gas pains...it helped a lot.  Boy do they ever hurt.

My right should was throbbing. I had a sore area right under my rib cage (right side) that would shoot to my right shoulder. Then my shoulder would throb. The only comfortable position was to sit my recyliner and lay my arm above my head of course my arm would get tired after awhile. Piece of advise do NOT lay on that side while sleeping. It hurts like he-double hockey sticks.
My neck hurt alittle but not much. It was mainly the shoulder.
