what could cause cysts after a complete histerectomy

In july of 08 i had a bilateral mastectomy and a complete lap histerectomy in one long surgery....        had 8 round of chemo and am on femura ... I have been having pain in my lower back along with a pulling type of lower pelvic pain.
I have been seeing my local gp often and yesterday she sent me for an US on my left leg cause of pain around my knee area she wanted to check for a blood clot ...what the US showed instead was more then one cysts in the grion area ... she did not do the other side of the grion but from the same type of pulling pain on the right side could have some there too..
she was going to get ahold of my cancer doc and have the results of the US sent to a radologist....
I know it helps to stay positive so until i hear more today just trying to rest and not hurt so much ......

I am doing better at home recoverying from having a lapraroscopic Cholecysectomy (gallbladder removed) It was done at a same day surgery center and I am at home resting and healing. The Lymph Nodes are not sore  after the surgery!!!! ... So My Gaurdian Angels are still watching over my I belive at times we have more then 1 as Psalms 91:11 tells us He gives his Angels Charge over thee.....
