Fear of Vomiting.

Hello, I'm 12 years old and I have a really bad fear of vomiting.

I dont know why, but I hate the waiting, and I do not want to induce vomiting because thats just even scarier.

My little sister was vomiting alot today, 8 times to be exact.

I was just wondering, is there any motivational/things I can do to make it more less worry-ful XD

Hi Nick, what is it makes you want to vomit ,does it come on after eating ,could there be a food you dont like, give us some more ideas of why it happens, and also your sister ,is anyone else in the Family suffering the same way?If you have eaten something bad you can vomit and yes it is that Nausea feeling that is nasty, once you do vomit it feels better.So if it continues ask Mom to take you both for a check up . let us know how you are .
