Late Blommer
My daughter is 13 years old and is 93 pounds and 4'11. She started her period when she was 11 year old and her breast develop about the same age. A lot of people said that she is short for her age . She have very low esteem becuse of her height. How can she develop her height ? Is she a late bloomer or something?

Well,  yes,  she is statistically short for her age.

I wouldn't call her a "late bloomer" though - because that usually refers to reproductive maturity,  which she hit a  little early.

It's unlikely she'll get much taller - girls have almost all their adult height usually when they start their periods.

Was she always more average for her age and then just suddenly stopped growing?

You might want to ask her doctor about this  -

You never know.  A friend of mine had a son who got a lot of growth between his first and second years of college.  They were really concerned because he was the shortest boy in his high-school class and he wound up 6 foot 2 inches tall.   I got my periods for the first time in 7th grade and put on two more inches in height by high school.  As RockRose says, see the doctor.
