Puberty?

My son just turned 11 and a few weeks ago he started noticing hairs lol, then a few days later he had a knot come up under his nipple, I know these are all signs of puberty (which I am not ready for) but this morning he woke up complaining with his testicles hurting and kept feeling like he was going to throw up. I just brushed it off as part of it but was wondering if anyone can tell me if their kids have had the same thing while going through puberty. Thanks in advance.
