No More Milk for baby

at 19 months my son's pediatrician strongly recommended that my son give up his binky, bottle and sippy cup. Effective immediately. At that point he stopped drinking his milk. He wont drink it warm, cold, morning, night etc. He is 21 months now and I feel he isn't getting enough calcium although I have tried to feed him more calcium rich foods. Has anyone successfully gotten there toddlers to give milk another try? any suggestions?

Try chocolate milk.  You can make it at home, thus adjusting (downward) the amount of sweetening and chocolate.  My son won't drink milk *or* eat cheese either, but he will drink chocolate milk and strawberry milk (Nestle makes a powder for that too), and he will eat Mozarella sticks.  Try to stay with it and offer him every variety of dairy that there is.

If he likes cheese, you don't need him to ever drink milk, frankly.  Just give him cheese often.
